Clare has already featured on Cardiff Cycle Chic after taking part in last October’s Harris Hack. Now dressed about 50 years more modern than the last time we met her, Clare’s wearing a lovely warm parka and bobble hat that’s perfect for surviving the chilly streets of Cardiff. But the biggest splash of colour comes from her amazing panniers and bright Pasley bicycle. Nice one Clare for braving the temperatures!
