Wow! Tara was strikingly dressed in an amazing multi-layer of poncho-esque warmth when Cycle chic met up with her one cold and crisp evening a week or so ago. With Andean-style patterns and bright red scarf, Tara is outstandingly dressed and truely shows how individual you can be on a bicycle – no need for the outdoor clothing ‘uniform’ that most people think you need to ride a bicycle. Tara’s one of a kind, and we celebrate that here at Cycle Chic! Five stars!
